Outdoor Wednesday

It's just too darn cold outside right now. The sun is out, but its coooold!

So here are some interesting pictures I took a couple of years back when it snowed after the cherry trees outside my office had bloomed.

  3. There is just something wrong about beautiful cherry blossoms covered in snow :) Can you tell I am sick of snow? I never thought of it until I read the comment from Ann Creek - did they survive the cold and snow?

  6. Hi all,Sandy, no I didnt write that, I don't even remember who did or where it came from, I have had it a long time.
And yes, the cherry blossoms survived, that was a wet, late snow that didnt come with a lot of freezing cold temps! Thats the kind I like...they are ornamental cherries and came though it beautifully! When they bloom, and there is a blue sky, you can see the South Tower of Old Main through them, its a beautiful picture. I hope I can get that one this year to post!
